Description

  • Analyze revenue, cost, and utilization trends to identify timely, actionable insights.
  • Partner with client partners and delivery leaders on margin improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain financial models, planning infrastructure, and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct scenario analyses and cost-benefit assessments to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for senior management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive-ready MIS reports.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Prior experience in a consulting services firm is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets.
  • Ability to synthesize financial data into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a big-picture strategic mindset.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort working with ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
