Description

  • Architect and strategize Databricks integrations on AWS and Snowflake for secure, scalable data and AI platforms.
  • Design seamless data flow between Snowflake and Databricks through Apache Iceberg, including ML output movement.
  • Design and manage a cost-optimized, multi-region Databricks MLOps platform and associated data flows.
  • Implement Unity Catalog for fine-grained access control and secure workspace coexistence.
  • Develop Databricks-native MLOps processes, including environment parity, Git-driven CI/CD, governed access, MLflow governance, standardized deployment, and monitoring.
  • Define enterprise-scale AI governance for production GenAI deployment.
  • Establish and implement best data practices for Databricks architecture.
  • Support secure data governance and enterprise data platform design using Python or Scala with Spark.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data architecture, specifically Databricks architecture.
  • Expertise in Databricks Lakehouse components, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow.
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Apache Iceberg.
  • Strong MLOps and CI/CD expertise.
  • Proficiency in Python or Scala with Spark.
  • Experience in data governance, security, and enterprise data platform design.
  • Databricks certifications preferred.
  • GenAI architecture experience preferred.
