Description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs from problem definition through production deployment.
  • Own program roadmaps and oversee solution design for analytics initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client VPs and Directors.
  • Translate unstructured business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Lead and mentor a hybrid team of onshore and offshore data scientists and data engineers.
  • Coordinate collaboration across time zones to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Work with technical leads to design scalable AI/ML pipelines and data architectures.
  • Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards and use a modern technology stack.
  • Apply medical device domain expertise to validate model outputs and align recommendations with industry nuances.
  • Present analytical findings, quantify business value, and support operationalization of AI into business processes.

Requirements

  • 13-15 years of total experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the medical device domain with consulting.
  • Experience engaging executive- or VP-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solution approaches.
  • Deep knowledge of the medical device industry and its commercial or operational landscape.
  • Strong project management and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with R and Python for analytics.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Qlik or Tableau is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop, HDFS, and Hive is a plus.
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytical outputs into business processes.
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
