Description

  • Drive end-to-end program management across Business Applications and IT Infrastructure, from discovery and prioritization through implementation and operationalization.
  • Lead architecture-heavy platform and integration programs across a complex tooling stack spanning CRM, identity, telephony, automation, and data systems.
  • Run RFCs, design reviews, and cross-functional tradeoff discussions to advance technical decisions.
  • Own vendor and third-party technical relationships, including evaluations, pilots, renewals, escalations, and build-vs-buy recommendations.
  • Program manage identity, access, and security initiatives, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts, device trust, zero trust, and compliance tooling.
  • Drive enterprise AI platform evaluation and deployment, including governance, security controls, observability, and adoption tracking.
  • Coordinate data and workflow infrastructure initiatives, including ETL/reverse ETL, system migrations, source-of-truth modeling, and integrations.
  • Lead business rhythms and planning cycles for the Internal Tools Infrastructure team and oversee OKR attainment and roadmap execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, Procurement, Data, HR, and business stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Sales, Service, and Trust & Safety.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience within infrastructure, platform, enterprise systems, or IT organizations.
  • Experience working across Engineering, Security, IT, Procurement, Data, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical fluency with authentication and identity patterns, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and service accounts.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as AWS, IAM, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Experience with integrated tooling stacks spanning CRM, telephony, automation, identity, and data systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL/reverse ETL, data pipelines, and source-of-truth modeling.
  • Proven vendor management experience covering RFP/RFI processes, evaluations, pilots, renewals, and escalations.
  • Practical fluency in modern enterprise AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, tools, skills, MCP or similar connector patterns, guardrails, and governance.
  • Experience working alongside platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure teams on API platforms, microservices, observability, or security infrastructure programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of driving alignment and decisions in ambiguous environments.

  • Competitive salary range of $187,900 - $243,100 in SF Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, or Seattle metros.
  • Competitive salary range of $169,200 - $218,900 in Austin, Washington DC, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Washington.
  • Competitive salary range of $159,800 - $206,800 for all other U.S. locations.
