Description

  • Partner with leaders across Partnerships and Commercial Programs to conduct quantitative analyses that support strategic decisions.
  • Measure partnership performance and health using metrics, dashboards, and reporting on third-party integrations.
  • Design and implement A/B tests, market-based tests, and other experiments.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered data products, tools, and workflows to improve decision-making.
  • Experiment with AI tools to streamline analysis, automate reporting, and improve team capabilities.
  • Develop recommendations based on detailed analysis and a strong understanding of the partnerships ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain reports, models, metrics, SQL queries, and dashboards in Looker or Tableau.
  • Identify key drivers of business outcomes through regression analysis and other statistical techniques.
  • Work across functions with Data Engineering, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Internal Tools, and Product teams.
  • Contribute to data culture through peer collaboration, training, coaching, and sharing AI best practices.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or economics.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in data science workflows, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
  • Comfort working across diverse problem types, from partnership measurement to refund operations optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing content and explaining results to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong SQL experience querying large datasets.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Familiarity with statistics and programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Ability to detect and debug data anomalies in complex operational processes.
  • Track record of working with business leaders to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ability to self-motivate, drive projects independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Expected salary range of $131,800 - $170,500 for candidates living in Ontario and British Columbia.
