Description

  • Analyze performance across all marketing channels (paid media, affiliates, email, partnerships, content, and lifecycle campaigns).
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports to provide clear visibility into marketing effectiveness and trends.
  • Analyze customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, churn, and reactivation metrics and segment customers by behavior and value.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys from first touch through purchase and repeat usage to identify drop-off points and conversion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and long-term customer value (LTV).
  • Partner with marketing teams to support A/B testing and experimentation analysis and translate results into recommendations.
  • Present findings and commercially relevant recommendations to marketing leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting across marketing systems and collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to improve data quality and tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or customer analytics (SaaS or digital products preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and ad platforms.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing analysis.
  • Experience in subscription-based or high-volume transactional SaaS businesses.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working in a remote, global organization.
  • Knowledge of affiliate or creator-driven marketing ecosystems.
