Description

  • Lead and manage a blended team of W-2 and 1099 recruiters, including onboarding, performance management, coaching, and offboarding.
  • Set weekly, sprint-based, and quarterly recruiting goals and hold the team accountable for sourcing, outreach, pipeline conversion, and time-to-fill.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations across 7+ states and additional expanding markets.
  • Partner with regional leaders and clinical directors to build proactive, market-specific hiring plans.
  • Design and maintain structured interview processes, including scorecards, interviewer guides, and hiring decision frameworks.
  • Improve job descriptions, postings, outreach templates, candidate communication frameworks, and recruiter scripts.
  • Lead candidate closing efforts and personally close high-priority or high-hesitancy candidates.
  • Build onboarding-to-start communication sequences to reduce pre-start drop-off.
  • Travel to priority markets for hands-on sourcing, career fairs, and relationship-building with university programs.
  • Own recruiting reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize spend and sourcing channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2–3 years in a team lead or recruiting management role.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting environments with 100+ simultaneous requisitions.
  • Background recruiting in both healthcare and K–12 education settings.
  • Experience with school-based therapy staffing, pediatric healthcare, or special education staffing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for SLP, OT, PT, School Psychology, BCBA, or Special Education Teacher roles is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing 1099 or contract recruiter relationships, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms; Fountain experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialty clinical or education job boards.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools, recruiting automation platforms, and pipeline analytics dashboards.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to high-stakes hiring regions during critical hiring windows.
