Description

  • Use incident management processes, monitoring metrics, and tooling to generate reports and take corrective actions.
  • Debug and triage business-impacting issues across complex application systems.
  • Apply standards and best practices to improve system stability, availability, and operational efficiency.
  • Use continuous delivery practices to support and deliver high-quality software quickly.
  • Use logging, alerting, and monitoring techniques to identify incident root causes.
  • Deploy and run software using DevOps tools and practices.
  • Mentor less experienced peers through technical guidance and leadership.
  • Apply current technology thinking to solve client problems.

Requirements

  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, React, or Angular, plus scripting languages such as Python.
  • Strong debugging and triaging skills to troubleshoot code effectively.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL and DataBricks.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure Pipelines.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
  • Understanding of application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Ability to ensure bug fixes and enhancements are high-quality and well-tested.
  • Comfort with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Bonus: AI/ML experience and familiarity with AI-driven development tools.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotation- and need-based 24x7 team.
  • US work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Annual salary range of $76,000 to $115,000 USD.
