Description

  • Maintain the physical condition of the property in accordance with standard operating procedures, OSHA, and industry standards.
  • Remove trash and debris from common areas on an ongoing basis.
  • Sweep curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways on a scheduled basis.
  • Maintain and repair loose stairwell treads and exterior lighting.
  • Mow lawn areas, rake leaves, and care for landscaped areas as scheduled.
  • Install seasonal plantings, replacement shrubs and trees, decorative rock, and water features.
  • Trim and prune trees and shrubs as directed.
  • Maintain, adjust, and repair irrigation systems and fountains as needed.
  • Clean and perform routine maintenance on the pool, spa, and related equipment.
  • Support snow removal, pressure washing, safety awareness, and other general property upkeep as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or trade school diploma, plus 1 year of full-time experience in lawn or grounds maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials efficiently.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
  • Record of punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and remain flexible for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of a diverse resident and employee population, with commitment to non-harassment and inclusion policies.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work.
  • Willingness to work in a role that is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
