Description

  • Deliver legal documents to recipients in assigned areas.
  • Use the mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.
  • Plan routes and choose delivery attempts at times when people are likely to be home.
  • Work independently while maintaining organized records and accurate service attempts.
  • Interact pleasantly and professionally with members of the public during deliveries.
  • Attempt service within required time frames, including every 48 hours when applicable.
  • Set and manage your own service areas and workload.
  • Follow state-specific rules and procedures for legal document service.

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and be able to use a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan routes effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate in a personable, professional manner.
