Description

  • Maintain the physical condition of the property in accordance with company procedures, OSHA, and industry standards.
  • Remove trash and debris from common areas, curbs, parking areas, walkways, stairways, and drainage grills.
  • Mow lawns, rake leaves, apply weed and feed, and care for landscaped areas and seasonal plantings.
  • Trim and prune trees and shrubs and assist with irrigation, fountains, and other grounds features.
  • Clean and maintain the pool, spa, and related equipment according to code and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform exterior maintenance tasks such as repairing stairwell treads, replacing light bulbs, and pressure washing surfaces.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal from hard surfaces as needed.
  • Support general maintenance, cleaning, and moving tasks as assigned.
  • Know and respond to emergency procedures, including utility shutoffs and access points.
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain compliance with property policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in lawn and grounds maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials efficiently.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
  • Record of punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and adjust to after-hours and weekend emergencies.
  • Sensitivity and understanding of a diverse resident and employee population.
  • Compliance with non-harassment and inclusion policies.
  • Valid driver’s license.
