Description

  • Generate 10-25% of opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Manage inbound leads and opportunities from BDR/SDR teams.
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and position services.
  • Lead consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Use Challenger Sales and consultative approaches throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed an annual revenue target of $1.8M.
  • Maintain at least 75% quota attainment.
  • Build trusted relationships with CROs, VPs of Sales, CMOs, and other revenue leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B services into revenue teams such as sales or marketing organizations.
  • Proven success selling medium to large deals in the $20K-$100K ACV range.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles lasting 15-60 days and involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the US market.
  • Track record of self-sourcing and closing deals, with 10-50% self-sourced pipeline and closed deals.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience using consultative and Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, self-starting, and motivated to exceed targets.
