Description

  • Represent the Ollie brand voice to current and prospective customers.
  • Deliver a memorable customer experience that builds long-term relationships with pets and pet parents.
  • Manage customer relationships across multiple channels, including email, phone, and the order management system.
  • Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions.
  • Help drive initiatives aligned to Ollie’s CX vision of creating a genuinely kind customer experience.
  • Support the development of agents in both KPIs and career growth.
  • Develop and lead projects that improve the Ollie experience in Canine Care and beyond.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Previous experience in customer-centric roles such as retail or food service.
  • Experience with pets or health foods preferred.
  • Experience with Gladly or a similar platform is a plus.
  • Interest in working in a pet-friendly, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic when supporting customers.
  • Comfort working remotely, with a future expectation of co-location in Salt Lake City when appropriate.
  • Candidates should be in or local to Salt Lake City, UT.
