Description

  • Prepare, compile, and organize documentation for medical reduction requests.
  • Ensure all reduction request materials are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Negotiate directly with medical providers to secure bill reductions on behalf of clients.
  • Monitor request progress and follow up consistently with providers until reductions are confirmed.
  • Confirm receipt, signatures, and processing of negotiated reductions according to company procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of all reduction activity, including requests, responses, notes, and outcomes.
  • Track distributions of funds sent to the firm from reductions and follow up as needed.
  • Communicate clear, timely updates to clients about the status of their reduction requests.
  • Address client questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with legal, billing, and client services teams to resolve cases efficiently and support cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare negotiations, or client services is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with a US firm is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems or legal procedures related to medical liens or claims is preferred.
  • Experience negotiating with providers or third-party payers is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
