Description

  • Represent the Ollie brand voice to current and prospective customers.
  • Deliver a memorable customer experience that builds long-term relationships with pet parents.
  • Manage customer relationships across email, phone, the order management system, and other channels.
  • Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions.
  • Help drive initiatives aligned with Ollie’s CX vision for a world-class customer experience.
  • Support agent development in KPIs, role performance, and career growth.
  • Develop and lead projects and initiatives that improve the Ollie experience in Canine Care and beyond.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Previous experience in customer-centric roles such as retail or food service.
  • Experience with pets or health foods preferred.
  • Experience with Gladly or a similar platform is a plus.
  • Interest in working in a pet-friendly, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in changing situations.
  • Willingness to live within about one hour of both Salt Lake City, UT and Nashville, TN.
  • Ability to attend required quarterly in-person offsites in Salt Lake City and Nashville.
