Description

  • Handle inbound customer conversations via Intercom email and chat with fast, clear, and helpful responses.
  • Work with AI agents daily to resolve routine requests and step in on complex questions, edge cases, and sales-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot user problems, provide guidance, and help customers get more value from Hunter.
  • Track product feedback and suggestions in Linear and escalate bugs to the Product team with clear reproduction steps.
  • Proactively reach out to users who need onboarding help, guidance, or retention support.
  • Identify qualified upsell opportunities and forward them to the Account Management team.
  • Improve internal support processes by tagging conversations, updating saved replies, and keeping documentation current.
  • Stay current on product changes and participate in product webinars every two weeks.
  • Take ownership of a long-term Customer Success area after the first six months, while continuing daily support hours.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America).
  • Must be available for a long-term 17:00-02:00 CET schedule, including breaks.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support and/or Customer Success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.
  • Patience, empathy, and critical thinking when working with frustrated customers.
  • Experience working remotely and independently through async communication.
  • Confidence using Intercom or similar support tools.
  • Comfort working with AI agents as part of a daily workflow.
  • Bonus: experience with a SaaS product, APIs, Intercom, Notion, or Linear.
  • Bonus: interest in user experience and UI/product details.
  • Must be able to travel to Europe for twice-yearly company retreats.
