Description

Deliver warm, personalized customer service throughout the shopping journey.
Handle product recommendations and sizing guidance.
Process order placement, order status updates, returns, and exchanges.
Resolve shipping issues and related customer concerns.
Learn and follow operational procedures to ensure accurate order processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
Share customer feedback with Ops and Product Development teams.
Develop strong knowledge of business operations to provide informed support.

Requirements

Previous experience on an e-commerce customer service team (preferred).
Previous retail experience (preferred).
Experience with Shopify and Gorgias (preferred).
Ability to start immediately / ASAP.
Availability on Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm EST, approximately 24 hours per week.
Ability to flex up to 40 hours per week during BFCM from November 17 to December 15.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
U.S.-based only.

Benefits

Seasonal part-time remote role with the possibility of becoming ongoing part-time.
$18–$22 per hour depending on experience.
Opportunity to flex up hours during major sales and seasonal peaks.
