Description

  • Respond to incoming emails and LinkedIn messages from outbound campaigns, including tracking, tagging, replying, nurturing, calling, following up, booking, and blacklisting leads as needed.
  • Manage leads across multiple clients to maximize sales appointment bookings.
  • Nurture prospects through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and outbound calling.
  • Track and analyze appointment-setting data to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Test new ideas to improve appointment-setting processes and outcomes.
  • Work directly with multiple clients as part of the fulfillment process.
  • Monitor lead response times and sales-call show-up rates against performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proactive and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Results-driven and competitive, with motivation to hit and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with comfort using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales tools.
  • Able to work well as a team member to support client results.
  • Experience in sales development or appointment setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inbound lead management and outbound prospecting is preferred.
