Description

  • Design high-quality user experiences and visuals that support company goals and strengthen the brand.
  • Collaborate with design, product, development, marketing, and other global teams.
  • Mentor junior UX designers and help improve design processes, tools, and systems.
  • Write documentation and usage guidelines for design system components.
  • Stay current with evolving design principles, trends, and platform conventions.
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects independently from start to finish.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Work closely with illustrators, animators, storytellers, and other creatives on interfaces and visuals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX product design, with primary experience on native apps and web.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
  • Strong design craft with excellent attention to detail and consistency.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Deep understanding of Android and iOS experience differences and current platform design languages.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Bonus experience in illustration, brand identity design, motion design, or UX copy strategy.
  • Experience working in remote, cross-functional environments is strongly aligned with the role.
