Description

  • Lead exploration and solutioning for undefined, complex user and business problems.
  • Own large-scale design projects using rapid prototyping and iterative learning cycles.
  • Introduce consumer-level experiences and elevate design quality across enterprise healthcare products.
  • Drive innovation and develop differentiated, scalable user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, leadership, and data science teams to integrate ML capabilities into product experiences.
  • Contribute to and improve the design system, including establishing, updating, and retiring design patterns.
  • Champion design excellence and a user-first mindset across cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor designers and elevate the team’s design capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of in-house design experience.
  • Experience working autonomously with senior technical teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating advanced interaction and visual design expertise and high-quality user experiences.
  • Experience designing complex features, including machine learning capabilities, for consumer-level products.
  • Strategic thinking and experience leading early-stage exploration projects with high-value potential.
  • Proven ability to reconcile conflicting stakeholder feedback into cohesive design solutions.
  • Experience contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
