Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and product discovery.
  • Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Design responsive, accessible experiences for desktop and mobile applications aligned with SaaS best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.
  • Use analytics, A/B testing, customer feedback, and usability validation to improve conversion, retention, engagement, and usability.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare developer-ready assets, interaction specifications, annotations, and design documentation using tools such as Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin.
  • Support implementation and ensure design quality and consistency in production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, responsive design, and high-quality UI execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • Experience designing accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • User-first product thinker with strong problem-solving, visual design, and UX decision-making skills.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, consumer applications, or large-scale design systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms preferred.
