Description

  • Review and categorize inbound leads by urgency and intent, and enrich CRM records with key details.
  • Conduct availability and pricing research across supplier systems and prepare rate comparisons and itinerary summaries.
  • Build, format, send, and follow up on professional quotes through the CRM and official channels.
  • Manage booking administration, including data entry, record-keeping, itinerary document preparation, and commission tracking.
  • Oversee pre-cruise servicing by chasing final payments, coordinating cabin assignments and special requests, and arranging add-ons such as transfers and excursions.
  • Facilitate group booking administration by collecting passenger details, maintaining rooming lists and manifests, and tracking deposits and payment deadlines.
  • Handle routine customer communication via email and WhatsApp, while escalating complaints, pricing negotiations, and disruptions to the advisor.
  • Provide proactive support in Slack across UK and US markets and flag workflow gaps for review.
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly pipeline and booking reports to support strategic oversight.
  • Support post-cruise follow-up by updating CRM records, enrolling travellers in email sequences, and preparing records for future repeat-booking outreach.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a travel agency, travel operations, or cruise-related role is required.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of cruise products, including cruise lines, ship types, itineraries, and cabin categories.
  • Strong written English with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and accurately with customers.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage a task list without close supervision.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive during contracted hours.
  • Familiarity with Internova or Travel Leaders Network systems and workflows is desirable.
  • Experience supporting multiple advisors simultaneously is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking data management is desirable.
  • Access to high-speed fibre internet with a backup option such as a secondary ISP or pocket Wi-Fi is required.
