Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to support daily operations.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
  • Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies.
  • Meet performance targets for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with native-level communication.
  • Available to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Able to work a 5-day, 40-hour schedule with a 9-hour shift and 1 unpaid hour break, including Monday to Friday and Saturday after training.
  • Must have a dedicated home workspace; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong customer-first orientation and empathy for customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
