Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to support daily operations.
  • Investigate customer issues, research solutions, and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Answer collections and billing questions, including payment plans, balances, overdue payments, and billing adjustments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing changes.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention.
  • Work toward KPIs related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual/native fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a 5-day schedule, with a 9-hour shift and 1 hour of unpaid break, Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.
  • Dedicated home workspace is required.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong customer-first orientation and empathy toward customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience working in a phone-based customer service or support environment is implied by the role (preferred).
