Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Provide support for account, billing, collections, and payment-plan questions.
  • Investigate customer issues, research solutions, and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate internal departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention goals.
  • Work toward KPIs related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with native-level communication ability.
  • Available to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week on a 5-day schedule, with a 9-hour shift and 1 hour of unpaid break, including Monday to Friday and Saturday after training.
  • Must have a dedicated home workspace; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong customer-first orientation with an empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu.

  • Base salary of $5.50 per hour or a minimum of $953 per month.
