Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to complete daily tasks.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Address billing and collections inquiries, including payment plans, balances, overdue payments, statements, and billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies.
  • Work toward performance metrics for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual/native Spanish and English communication skills.
  • Availability to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details provided during the interview process.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, in a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break (9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time), Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy toward customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
