Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to complete daily work.
  • Escalate and assign customer issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during each interaction.
  • Address collections and billing questions, including payment plans, balances, overdue payments, statements, and billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies.
  • Work toward performance targets for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual and native-level Spanish and English communication skills.
  • Available to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break, Monday to Friday and Saturday after training.
  • Dedicated home workspace and remote work setup capability.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with an empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience working with billing, collections, or customer service issues is preferred.
