Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve, research, and escalate product, platform, account, and billing issues as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Address collections and billing questions, including payment plans, account balances, overdue payments, and billing adjustments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies.
  • Work toward client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy performance targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to route issues and ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual/native Spanish and English communication skills.
  • Start date of July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week across a 9-hour shift with 1 unpaid hour break, Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation and empathy toward customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience in customer service, billing, collections, or retention is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or support tools such as Salesforce, ZOHO, or similar systems is preferred.

  • Base salary of $5.50/hour or $953/month minimum.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Full-time permanent role.
  • Paid training for 1 month, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
