Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to support daily operations.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate issues and provide accurate solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records during client interactions.
  • Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet performance goals for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with native-level communication in both languages.
  • Available to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week across a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break, Monday to Friday and Saturday post-training.
  • Must have a dedicated home workspace; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with an empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience in phone-based customer support, billing, or retention work is implied by the role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu is preferred for daily operations.

  • Base salary of $5.50/hour or a minimum of $953/month.
  • Paid one-month training scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
