Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve, investigate, and escalate product, platform, and account issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during client interactions.
  • Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, overdue payments, and billing adjustments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing-related updates.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention goals.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
  • Meet KPIs related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English; native-level communication required.
  • Start date of April 13, 2026.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week on a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break.
  • Schedule includes Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time, with Saturday work after training.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong customer-first orientation with empathy for client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience with collections, billing, or retention support is preferred.

  • Base salary of $5.50/hour or $953/month minimum.
