Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve, research, and escalate product, platform, account, and billing issues as needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during customer interactions.
  • Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
  • Meet performance goals for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Start date of July 27, 2026.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week on a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break, from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time.
  • Monday through Friday schedule during training, with Saturday work after training.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technological suite.
  • Experience or familiarity with collections, billing, or retention work is beneficial.
