Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve, escalate, and assign product and platform issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Investigate customer requests, research issues, and provide accurate solutions.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during support interactions.
  • Address billing and collections inquiries, including payment plans, balances, overdue payments, statements, and billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention.
  • Work toward key performance indicators related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
  • Use company tools and systems, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Start date of July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, 40 hours per week, with a 9-hour shift and 1 unpaid hour break from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday and Saturday post training.
  • Dedicated home workspace is required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Completion of cancellations training and ability to apply retention strategies as part of the role.
