Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Use company tools including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to complete daily work.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate issues and provide accurate solutions to customer problems.
  • Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
  • Address collections and billing questions, including payment plans, account balances, overdue payments, statements, and billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention.
  • Meet KPIs related to client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
  • Complete cancellation training and apply learned retention practices in daily work.

Requirements

  • Start date of July 27, 2026.
  • Dedicated home workspace is required.
  • Availability for a 40-hour workweek with a 9-hour shift and 1 hour unpaid break, Monday to Friday and Saturday after training, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Equipment details will be provided by email during the interview process.
