Description

  • Manage projects on behalf of clients, including deadlines and deliverables.
  • Handle virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, email support, lead conversion management, research, and data entry.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines.
  • Support a fitness studio client using Momence and related workflows.
  • Use client business values and processes as a guiding principle when prioritizing work.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and turnaround times, typically within 1-2 days.
  • Take ownership of open-ended tasks by creating suggested plans and next steps.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of hands-on Momence experience is required.
  • Experience working in operations and administrative roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor communication to different styles and client priorities.
  • Self-starter attitude and comfort working with open-ended problems.
  • Experience with project and process management, including deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Benefits

  • Starting at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours per week.
  • Starting pay of $21/hour.
