Description

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Pinterest based on client needs.
  • Build, optimize, and manage paid campaigns across multiple client accounts and industries.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on visuals.
  • Monitor ad performance daily and make real-time, data-backed optimizations.
  • Analyze campaign results and report on performance with clear insights and next steps.
  • Work closely with clients to align campaign execution with their goals and needs.
  • Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in paid advertising.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ads with a track record of strong results.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Pinterest ads is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, testing frameworks, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Strong copy instincts with the ability to write attention-grabbing ad copy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Experience in both Google and Meta is mandatory.

Benefits

  • Pay is per project at $45/hour.
  • 10-20 hours per week after the initial trial period.
  • 1-2 month paid trial period.
