Description

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and iterate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Redash, or similar BI tools.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support product, marketing, growth, finance, and operations initiatives.
  • Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality, integrity, availability, and support scalable automation pipelines.
  • Design and maintain KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems to track business outcomes.
  • Build and assist in maintaining scalable data models and automation for reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical deliverables; present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align analytics work with business priorities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and standardize analytical best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related role.
  • Highly proficient in SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience with modern BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Redash).
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Eppo).
  • Excellent data storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, with strong attention to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Solid business and product acumen and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Nice to have: experience in telecommunications, SaaS, or consumer-facing products; familiarity with machine learning/predictive analytics, experimentation platforms, ETL processes, and data warehousing; prior support for product experimentation or growth analytics.
