Description

  • Lead client conversations to define goals, guide decisions, and present strategic recommendations.
  • Own content strategy from concept through execution, aligning work to business objectives, audience needs, brand voice, and regulatory considerations.
  • Research audiences, industries, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and writing.
  • Write, edit, and refine content across multiple formats with a high standard for clarity, accuracy, and craft.
  • Independently manage workstreams and deliver polished work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Partner with clients through iterative review cycles to gather input, align on messaging, and incorporate feedback.
  • Create and evolve toolkits, templates, and guidelines for scalable content delivery.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
  • Collaborate with AEO/SEO, paid media, design, and development teams on multichannel content campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, strategic alignment, and client collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including experience at a creative or digital agency leading client-facing projects and content strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, writing, and editing skills across formats such as articles, webpages, emails, social, and display ads.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain the reasoning behind work clearly and confidently.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to shifting client demands.
  • Availability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time (PT).
  • Experience supporting healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Experience creating presentation decks that articulate strategic recommendations is preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices, including keyword strategy and on-page optimization, is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools in content workflows while maintaining quality and editorial judgment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UX writing principles is preferred.
  • Comfort working in Figma and collaborating with design teams is preferred.
  • Interest in social content performance and A/B testing is preferred.
