Description

  • Own end-to-end construction delivery for large-scale light- and heavy-duty EV fleet charging sites.
  • Manage projects from early development through construction, commissioning, and handoff to the Operations team.
  • Oversee greenfield and brownfield development, demolition or renovation, and on-site energy assets including battery storage, solar PV, and low-emission generators.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, forecasts, and change-control processes.
  • Coordinate engineering firms, contractors, vendors, utilities, and internal subject-matter experts.
  • Monitor progress, report project status to leadership and stakeholders, and lead project management meetings.
  • Identify and resolve risks affecting schedule, cost, quality, or safety.
  • Identify value-engineering and schedule-acceleration opportunities.
  • Support permitting, utility interconnection coordination, and contractor engagement.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Energy & Utilities, Product, Real Estate, Development, Technology, Site Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant construction or project-management experience.
  • Experience managing development or construction of new infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing complex civil or electrical infrastructure projects, such as site development, power systems, renewable energy, EV charging, commercial renovations, grid infrastructure, or fleet/logistics facilities.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Smartsheets, Confluence, TestFit, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating non-standard solutions when construction methods or utility requirements threaten project viability.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed, up to 40%.
  • Experience influencing AHJs and local utilities to accelerate permitting in markets including Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Atlanta, or New Orleans (preferred).
  • Experience developing conceptual budgets, modular site-deployment designs, and value-engineering opportunities for power scalability (preferred).
