Description

  • Own and continuously improve Finance Operations processes, including documentation, controls, service levels, escalation paths, and performance reporting.
  • Lead root-cause analysis of recurring operational issues and establish KPIs, trend analysis, risk identification, and corrective actions.
  • Develop scalable procedures, playbooks, intake processes, governance routines, and searchable operational guidance.
  • Partner with Finance leadership, technology and systems teams, and business stakeholders on process improvements, automation, systems implementations, and policy rollouts.
  • Evaluate and implement responsible AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, data quality, service delivery, and decision-making.
  • Support Finance transformation, operating model development, change management, and broader cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coach team members and build trust while leading through ambiguity and organizational change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Experience improving end-to-end business processes and knowledge of procure-to-pay, accounts payable, expense management, purchasing, vendor management, close support, or financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ERP, workflow, expense management, or reporting tools is preferred.
  • Curiosity, pragmatism, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage AI, automation, data quality, controls, security, and human oversight considerations.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications are preferred.
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including citizenship, permanent residency, or required government authorization.
