Description

  • Build and manage the customer journey and funnel from lead capture through purchase.
  • Ensure accurate customer and lead data capture across all stages.
  • Identify and resolve gaps across the website CRM, EPOS, marketing tools, and workflows.
  • Set up and manage email marketing, social scheduling, review monitoring, and customer enquiries.
  • Triage the business inbox and establish an organized email management system.
  • Design labels and marketing materials in Canva and prepare print-ready assets.
  • Manage print procurement, including printer coordination and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain supplier and competitor databases and conduct market research.
  • Create SOP documentation from videos and notes for staff use.
  • Set up a VoIP phone system and support future AI agent deployments for business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or food service operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Zapier, Make.com, n8n, AI tools, and custom GPTs.
  • Strong Canva skills; Adobe Express experience is preferred.
  • Graphic and print design experience, with a portfolio required.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo; Mailchimp experience is welcome.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools such as Buffer.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and spoken English and the ability to produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Previous food industry experience is preferred but not required.
