Description

  • Build, lead, and manage strategic partnerships with insurance companies, captives, MGAs, brokers, and risk advisors.
  • Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships by managing compliance, performance, and ongoing partner needs.
  • Ensure customers and insurance partners exchange the required data, documents, access, and information.
  • Structure and execute referral, integration, co-marketing, and data-sharing agreements.
  • Support the Sales Team during deal cycles by joining key meetings, navigating complex needs, and removing internal roadblocks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for insurance-related partner opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and lead insurance incentive programs, educational initiatives, webinars, roundtables, and partner demos.
  • Represent Tenna at industry conferences, panel discussions, association events, and partner engagements.
  • Create thought leadership content such as whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Data to develop joint campaigns, onboarding, integrations, dashboards, and insurance-specific solutions.
  • Track partner marketing activity, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and partnership KPIs.
  • Train partner teams on Tenna’s platform, value proposition, and customer use cases.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and monitor partner opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Continuously optimize partnership strategy based on performance data and market changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, business development, or partnership leadership, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance or risk management sector, such as carrier, broker, MGA, or insurtech.
  • Direct experience in construction, construction technology, equipment management, or a related industry.
  • Experience selling or enabling solutions in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships and close partnership agreements.
  • Track record of public speaking, brand representation at industry events, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with partner enablement or CRM automation tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
