Description

  • Own partnerships and contracts across your market, including strategy for offers, inventory, commission agreements, and proposition materials.
  • Support Lifestyle Managers in Singapore and Hong Kong, or those using APAC suppliers, to maintain partner relationships and sustain future growth.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in service quality, member satisfaction/NPS, and operational efficiency.
  • Track redemption, analytics, and demand for live events and ticketing to refine strategy by member group, client, and region.
  • Work closely with the Global Proposition Director, Content, and Marketing teams to maximize exposure for offers and events.
  • Stay continuously aware of competitors and market activity to keep the proposition ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to share best practices and improve processes across the business.
  • Develop a holistic vendor approach with internal stakeholders and communicate new processes and changes across teams.
  • Propose and implement new strategies and campaigns to improve member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and efficiency.
  • Support wider strategic goals, client-related matters, and new business proposals with Client Services and Regional Business Development Managers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese at a professional level.
  • Experience procuring and maintaining live entertainment relationships, including promoters, ticketing platforms, and venues.
  • Experience with contract management and negotiation.
  • Broad working knowledge of key global brands and partners across lifestyle industries such as retail and dining is preferred.
  • Ability to initiate and lead new business initiatives and proposals aligned with proposition objectives.
  • People management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance in others.
  • Experience working in a customer-led industry and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage highly complex global projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong account management skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and handling escalations.
  • Ability to create and drive strategy using performance data, industry knowledge, and leadership skills.
  • Independent, competent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using marketing and social media to promote offers and drive usage is preferred.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and procuring partnerships, offers, or events, or managing a sales/negotiation team.
  • Natural commercial drive, innovation, and the ability to network and develop new initiatives.
  • Passion for member-focused service, motivating people, and communicating effectively across teams.
