Description

Manage overnight lifestyle requests, including dining, retail, and premium experience arrangements.
Handle limited travel-related requests such as hotel bookings and car hire.
Create tailored recommendations and well-written solutions using TEN’s internal tools.
Communicate confidently and professionally with members, primarily in German.
Act proactively to enhance the member experience by suggesting relevant additional options.
Collaborate closely with international lifestyle teams to ensure continuity of service.
Contribute to building and shaping a new corporate team environment.

Requirements

Fluent German is mandatory.
Fluent English at B2-C1 level.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Background in concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality, travel, or service delivery.
Passion for dining, travel, and premium lifestyle services.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
Hands-on attitude, curiosity, and motivation to go the extra mile for members.
