Description

  • Generate leads and contribute to market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Arrange and deliver presentation meetings to introduce Teltonika’s solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and support contract closure to meet assigned sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and visits.
  • Represent Teltonika and its products at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate within the sales team to support market strategy and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or active sales; experience in technology or telematics is an advantage.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills is a plus.
  • Strong motivation to work in B2B sales; prior sales experience is a big plus.
  • Organized, result-oriented, and driven personality.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and abroad.
  • Ambition to achieve high earnings by working with innovative products.
