Description

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Manage user administration, including setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Provide day-to-day user support and resolve issues.
  • Support Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants and developers to deliver system changes.
  • Support data management tasks, including imports, cleansing, and validation.
  • Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain system configuration and process documentation.
  • Work toward Salesforce Administrator and related certifications.

Requirements

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform at admin level or similar CRM systems.
  • Understanding of Salesforce configuration, including objects, workflows, and security model.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system changes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering Salesforce platform solutions in a business or project environment.
  • Salesforce Administration experience or strong exposure required.
  • Experience with data management and reporting required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or working toward it preferred.
  • Experience with Flow or basic automation preferred.
  • Understanding of integrations or APIs preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem tools such as AppExchange solutions advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
