Description

  • Define shared metrics for acquisition, activation, retention, churn, CAC, and lifetime value.
  • Build a unified customer journey view across marketing, payments, product activity, coaching, and cancellations.
  • Develop retention and churn analyses to identify when and why customers leave.
  • Create a framework for evaluating coaching quality using outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain documented analytical data models and decision-oriented dashboards.
  • Identify tracking and data-quality gaps and partner with engineering and business teams to resolve them.
  • Translate questions from growth, product, operations, and coaching teams into measurable analyses.
  • Document major data sources and the customer journey.
  • Deliver reliable reporting on acquisition, retention, churn, coaching activity, CAC, lifetime value, and unit economics.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product analytics, business analytics, analytics engineering, or a comparable hands-on data role.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with imperfect data across multiple systems.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to turn ambiguous questions into measurable analyses.
  • Experience with funnels, cohort analysis, retention, churn, segmentation, CAC, and lifetime value.
  • Experience building analytical data models in a modern data warehouse.
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment with limited data infrastructure.
  • Experience in subscription, marketplace, education, coaching, or consumer services businesses preferred.
  • Familiarity with Python, dbt or comparable transformation tools, and modern BI platforms preferred.
  • Experience as an early or first data hire preferred.
  • Must be based in Latin America and able to work remotely.
