Description

  • Support assigned Account Executives with post-sale campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
  • Manage day-to-day client account responsibilities to ensure solutions are properly executed.
  • Maintain daily communication with advertising agencies and direct clients regarding television and digital schedules.
  • Implement special projects and promotions for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Research, and Creative Services to support client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay current on products, services, sales processes, and client messaging.
  • Identify opportunities for new or incremental revenue based on campaign results.
  • Assist with contracts, avails, traffic, make-goods, collections, and overall customer service.
  • Track audience delivery using ratings, impressions, client KPIs, and campaign fulfillment.
  • Coordinate new customer account setup, contract processing, order entry, and revisions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in retaining and growing clients.
  • Knowledge of broadcasting and digital advertising solutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems to support customer needs.
  • Self-motivated team player who can work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
