Description

  • Lead discipline-specific design, coordination, and documentation efforts across complex, multi-discipline projects.
  • Serve as project lead on selected projects and maintain scope, schedule, profitability, and project health.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, QA/QC, markups, and real-time guidance to project teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Leads, Group Leads, and Team Leads to resolve coordination issues and uphold standards.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication, reliable execution, and technical advisory support.
  • Contribute to pursuits, interviews, scope inputs, and discipline fee or proposal development.
  • Mentor engineers, designers, and production team members through coaching, constructive feedback, and performance input.
  • Document client-specific processes, design decisions, lessons learned, and deviations in tools such as the Design Decision Log, GitHub, Asana, and Callback One.
  • Help improve TEECOM’s standards, templates, tools, and workflows through documentation updates and Pull Requests.
  • Support business planning, workload forecasting, resource planning, and internal knowledge-sharing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with strong discipline-specific capability.
  • Experience delivering coordinated, high-quality designs and making sound discipline-level decisions.
  • Ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination requirements.
  • Experience contributing to documentation updates, design standards, and QA/QC workflows through GitHub or a similar platform.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
  • Experience in Telecom/ICT, structured cabling, or low-voltage work.
  • RCDD preferred for Telecom/ICT.
  • EIT, PE, CCNA, CDT, or PMP preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
