Description

  • Serve as the principal implementation liaison for customer projects and document requirements.
  • Lead business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive outcomes and value.
  • Translate technical requirements into system configuration setup and business processes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across customer databases.
  • Assess and validate implementation plans and manage communication among project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver new solution implementation training based on adult learning principles.
  • Define training expectations and deliver train-the-trainer programs for super users and end users.
  • Support customer change management by identifying readiness risks, coaching champions, and improving adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues and suggest configuration improvements.
  • Maintain training databases and keep materials current with new releases and product enhancements.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
  • Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, with database testing and end-user support preferred.
  • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations for operational excellence.
  • Experience working across multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones and objectives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • 30% travel requirement to Toronto or Salt Lake City.
