Description

  • Produce accurate Revit models, drawings, sheets, calculations, and documentation with increasing independence.
  • Support coordination by resolving straightforward modeling issues, incorporating redlines, and identifying basic conflicts across disciplines.
  • Apply TEECOM BIM standards for naming, linking, view templates, worksets, and model organization.
  • Participate in project, discipline, and coordination meetings and prepare clear notes and status updates.
  • Support engineers with design calculations, specifications, product research, and coordinated documentation.
  • Perform early QA checks, clash detection support, and model review workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Track tasks, communicate risks early, and maintain accurate time and expense entries.
  • Contribute to documentation improvements, workflow updates, and GitHub-based project records.
  • Provide informal guidance to Designer I team members when needed.
  • Support site visits, existing-conditions verification, and contractor submittal reviews as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry with Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation experience.
  • BS in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting technology system design such as Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, or Wi-Fi is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining Revit model structure, including links, worksets, view templates, and model organization.
  • Familiarity with basic clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate well, and support project delivery across several projects.
  • Growing knowledge of technology systems and basic engineering principles, with ability to perform introductory calculations or research with guidance.
  • EIT, CDT, or introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
